Rachel Tidman

Meet Rachel Tidman, a highly respected yoga educator, business mentor and wellness leader with more than 20 years of yoga teaching experience. She bootstrapped 5 yoga studios and has lead teacher trainings and yoga retreats both in the UK and abroad. Known for her grounded presence and compassionate approach, Rachel has guided thousands of teachers and students towards greater confidence, clarity and self-belief. Her work blends the wisdom of traditional practice with a modern understanding of mindset, embodiment and sustainable growth.

Rachel believes that yoga is not just something we do, but a way of living fully awake. Her mission is to help people step out of autopilot and into a vibrant, intentional life where they feel connected, joyful and completely themselves. Whether she is teaching a class, leading a training, or supporting yoga teachers inside her programmes, Rachel brings deep knowledge, humour and a disarming realness that makes her instantly relatable.

What sets Rachel apart is her ability to hold space powerfully while also empowering others to rise. Kelly-Rhian Harris

Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, Kelly-Rhian has carried an entrepreneurial spark for as long as she can remember. From organising save-the-wildlife fundraisers and running family swear jars to staging dance shows around her neighbourhood as a child, she has always been driven by creativity, community and a desire to make things happen.

Her love of movement led her to the Northern Ballet School and then around the world for 11 years as a professional dancer and company manager. Those years of leading teams, coordinating productions and holding high-pressure environments with grace became the unexpected foundation for the businesswoman and leader she is today.

When the time came for a more grounded life, the universe stepped in. Kelly-Rhian met David, her steady, supportive partner who champions every dream she brings to life. Together they’ve built a family with their daughters, Morgan and Paige, and two wonderfully fluffy cats who complete the picture.

Another defining moment arrived when she crossed paths with Rachel, who recognised Kelly-Rhian’s potential long before she saw it in herself. Rachel encouraged her into yoga training, teaching and leadership, opening the door to the work that would become Kelly-Rhian’s true calling.
