HEY THERE!
WE'RE RACHEL & KELLY.

Two women posing together, one in a gray hoodie and the other in a blue sweatshirt, both smiling and sitting on the floor in front of a white background. The woman in gray is holding one arm around the shoulder of the woman in blue.

If we haven’t met before, we’re Rachel and Kelly, the founders and senior teachers at Yoga Course Teacher Training.

Between us, we’ve spent decades teaching yoga, running studios, and supporting teachers at every stage of their journey. Rachel built and ran a successful chain of hot yoga studios in the Midlands. Kelly came to teaching after a career as a professional dancer and knows what it’s like to step into leadership without a traditional business background.

We’ve experienced the excitement of opening a studio and the reality that follows. The long days. The financial responsibility. The joy of community. The pressure of holding it all together.

We created this guide because too many teachers step into studio ownership without clear information or honest conversations about what it really involves. Not because they’re unprepared, but because those conversations often don’t happen early enough.

We’re not here to tell you whether you should or shouldn’t open a studio.
We’re here to help you make that decision from clarity, self-trust, and realistic understanding.

Whatever you decide next, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

A simple line drawing of a heart.
